Washoe County seeks public feedback on Master Plan

by | Aug 22, 2023

Washoe County invites residents to provide direction on the county’s Master Plan, Envision Washoe 2040, at any one of a series of public forums over the coming months. Washoe County Planning staff will be on site at public meetings, events, and open houses to answer questions from residents and receive input on the Master Plan. Look for the Washoe County table and display of maps and information.

The Master Plan is the county’s plan for managing growth and development. These events are an opportunity to share your thoughts about the future of our community and learn how to influence the content of the master plan. Whether you have concerns about growth, ideas you’d like to share, or you just want to learn about the county’s approach to growth and development, consider stopping by one of these events and lending your voice to the creation of a new Master Plan for Washoe County. Visit www.EnvisionWashoe2040.org to learn more.
