Washoe County Regional Animal Services is asking the public for help identifying a subject in a possible animal cruelty case.
The woman was seen on video in an incident that occurred at Parq Crossing Apartments, 2280 Oddie Blvd., Buildings 1 and 2, at 11:45 a.m., May 20. She had a white, female French bulldog with her.
