Washoe County offers online appointment reservations with CSD

by | Mar 3, 2023

Washoe County Community Services Department (CSD) has launched an appointment platform to schedule one-on-one consultations with Planning, Engineering, and Building experts.

CSD is making it easier for residents to connect with experts in the fields of planning, engineering, and building at no charge to discuss their development projects. This is an opportunity to meet online, on the phone, or in person one-on-one with these experts.

Easily schedule an appoint on the Community Services Department Business and Development website CSD launched this pilot program in fall 2022 and welcomes public feedback as it fine-tunes the service.

Numerous other Washoe County services are also available online. The Recorder, Assessor, and Clerk offer online platforms to search property and business records or to schedule appointments for a marriage license.

Residents can sign up for the Recording Notification Service and be alerted any time a record is made on their property.

The Clerk’s Office Self-Service Portal is a quick and easy way to search for records, request copies of records, and pre-fill marriage applications and fictitious names forms.

Several property-assessment forms are available on the Assessor’s website, including personal property declarations, Tax Cap Partial Abatement Claim form, and exemption renewals.
