Bands take center stage at Bowers Mansion

Reno, Nevada. May 28, 2015. Programs on the Porch is back with fantastic, musical performances for you through the end of June. A variety of musicians will showcase their talents every Friday night for the next five weeks from the porch of the historic Bowers Mansion.
WHAT: Programs on the Porch at Bowers Mansion.
WHEN: Concerts start every Friday at 7 p.m., from May 29-June 26.
WHERE: Bowers Mansion at 4005 US Highway 395 North, Carson City, NV.
DETAILS: The concert series is free, however donations are accepted. Please bring a blanket or lawn chair.

June 5– Blarney Band feat. Joe Bly
June 12– Highway 40 Bluegrass Band
June 19– TBA
June 26– The TRIO, featuring Jefferly Quig.

Bowers Mansion in Washoe Valley is also open for self-guided tours from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $5 for adults and $3.50 for seniors and children.
Bowers Mansion Regional Park is located at 4005 Old US Highway 395 North, Carson City, NV (21 miles south of Reno).
