The Washoe County Human Services Agency Senior Services Division is available for the elderly to contact if needing assistance or help finding a resource during the COVID-19 outbreak. Call Senior Services at 775-328-2575, Monday-Friday, from 8 p.m. – 5 p.m. The public is also welcome to head to our COVID-19 website for a complete list of resources and programs.
Seniors that must go out for groceries, gas, medications, or any other reason necessary should do the following:
Remain at least 6 feet from another person in public.
Stay away from anyone who is sick or exhibiting signs of illness.
Cough or sneeze in sleeve.
