Reno, Nevada. April 22, 2015. Washoe County Regional Animal Services will host a low cost vaccination and licensing clinic for pets. Microchips continue to be free to animals in Washoe County through Dec. 2015.

Washoe County Regional Animal Services will have their Mobile Command Center on-site along with their contract veterinarian and staff members to assist with vaccinations and microchipping.
Pet owners with dogs over the age of four months are required to purchase a license upon receiving a rabies vaccination.
Core vaccinations will be $10 each. DA2PPV(Parvo/Distemper for dogs), Rabies (dogs/cats), FVRCP (cats).
Dog licenses are $8 if spayed/neutered and $20 if unaltered.
Animal Services is dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of the animals in Washoe County. By providing vaccinations at low cost this affords the animals in our community to be protected from diseases such as Parvovirus, Distemper and Rabies.
A grant provided by Maddie’s Fund has covered the costs associated with the microchips.
