Washoe County Regional Animal Services (WCRAS) is seeking information on the whereabouts of a person of interest named Heather Brashear and her dog, Bandit, who were reported to be involved in a dog attack to a person, resulting in severe injuries, that occurred at Grand Sierra Resort on January 26, 2023.

We are well into a new year, and “atmospheric river” is the phrase of the day. We have seen back-to-back storms bring a mix of snow and rain to the entire region and in some areas we have already seen localized flooding.
