The Second Judicial District Court (SJDC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Averhealth, a nationally recognized leader in substance use monitoring. Effective November 3, 2025, drug and alcohol testing services within SJDC’s Pretrial Services and Specialty Court Programs will be conducted through Averhealth.
The District Court will never unexpectedly text or email official Court documents. Any communication from the District Court of official documents will occur via U.S. Mail or through the Court’s electronic filing system (eFlex).
This is a time to honor and celebrate the more than 22 million Americans in recovery, including those whose recovery was aided by a treatment court.
