The Second Judicial District Court (SJDC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Averhealth, a nationally recognized leader in substance use monitoring. Effective November 3, 2025, drug and alcohol testing services within SJDC’s Pretrial Services and Specialty Court Programs will be conducted through Averhealth.

Averhealth has more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive, evidence-based drug and alcohol testing, offering greater reliability, accountability, and improved outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
