The annual Lazy 5 Summer Music Series returns June 3 and runs every Wednesday evening through August 12.
Concerts are held weekly from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Lazy 5 Regional Park, 7100 Pyramid Way, Sparks. As always, admission is free. Food trucks will be on site to keep you fueled while you enjoy the show. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and settle in for an unforgettable summer under the stars. (Please leave pets at home, only trained service animals are permitted.)
This year’s lineup includes:
- June 3– Greg Austin & Southern Justice – country, southern rock, and Americana
- June 10 – Whitewater – classic rock and modern pop
- June 17– New Wave Crave – high-energy ’80s
- June 24 – Deep Ellum – rock ‘n’ roll
- July 1 – Sierra Roc – ’80s classic hard rock
- July 8– Dave Perez – award-winning Latin dance
- July 15– Mighty Mike Schermer – singer-songwriter blues, roots rock, Americana
- July 22– Michael Tegio and Somethin’ Else – rock influenced by classic ’60s hits
- July 29– The Joey Carmon Band – classic country and rock ‘n’ roll
- August 5 – Jelly Bread – soul, funk, R&B
- August 12 – Escalade – Motown, pop rock, R&B
