Celebrate spring with Farm Day by bringing the family to Rancho San Rafael Regional Park’s Nevada Farms and Families area with activities from 10a.m. to 1p.m., Sunday April 16, 2023.
There will be many family-friendly activities including meeting farm animals from Valley Amigos Ranch, join a massive “find the turkeys” scavenger hunt, create crafts in the Discovery Room, learn about insects with Truckee Meadow Parks Foundation, visit Girl Scouts of Sierra NV themed booth and photo opportunities, play corn hole with KTMB and spin the prize wheel, check out antique tractors and engines, meet Master Gardeners handing out seed bombs, listen to the amazing Washoe County Librarians with story times and activities, and many more partners and activities! Short Tail Coffee will have warm drinks and snacks for purchase.
