Julie Fowlis, a multi-award winning Gaelic singer known for her ‘crystalline’ and ‘intoxicating’ vocals that enchanted audiences around the world will be performing at several Washoe County Library locations. Julie is an artist with a curiosity to explore other traditions and a natural ability to cross genres. You may recognize her music from the theme song of Brave, the animated Disney Pixar film that won Golden Globe and BAFTA awards.
