Washoe County Library is excited to announce the arrival of additional Zoom ROOMs at the Northwest Reno, Sierra View, and Sparks Libraries. Each of these locations recently received grant-funded, four-person meeting room pods from ROOM Inc. that offer private, connected workspace for virtual meetings, online interviews, and quiet or collaborative study.
Funds for this project have been provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records.
Additional four-person Zoom ROOM pods are available at the Incline Village and North Valleys Libraries. The Downtown Reno, South Valleys, Spanish Springs, and Sparks Libraries also offer smaller Zoom ROOM phone booths for use by individual users.
Washoe County Library continues to offer reservations for larger-capacity meeting rooms at most larger libraries. For more information about available meeting spaces and to make a reservation, visit washoelibrary.org/meetingrooms.
