This is an Open Competitive / Countywide Promotional recruitment being conducted to fill a current full-time vacancy in the Emergency Management Division within the Office of the County Manager. This particular vacancy is responsible for building the mitigation program, managing the update of the Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan every five years, tracking mitigation actions throughout the region, acting as a facilitative leader in all phases of emergency management, and supporting our partners in their efforts. The list established from this recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.
