Annual Salary : $57,740.00 – $75,129.00

Position Information: Under general direction, assists with the planning, development and coordinating of employee development programs in the areas of organizational effectiveness for the County in accordance with the County’s strategic plan; promotes organizational learning, employee development and effectiveness to meet current and future service needs; and performs related work as required.
