Position Information:
Imaging and Records Technician I – Under general supervision, receives training and performs scanning assignments using various software and equipment. Also performs records management duties involved in the receipt, retention, retrieval and disposal of Washoe County records; and performs other related duties as required.
Imaging and Records Technician II – Under general supervision, performs advanced scanning assignments using various software and equipment. Also performs records management duties involved in the receipt, retention, retrieval and disposal of Washoe County records; and performs other related duties as required.
This is an Open Competitive/Countywide Promotional recruitment being conducted to fill two current full-time vacancies in the Technology Services Department. The list established from this recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.
This position is in a flexibly staffed class series. The hiring department has the discretion to hire at any level within the class series for which the applicant may be qualified. Applicants interested in being considered for both the Imaging and Records Technician I and II must submit an application for each position.
