Position Information: THE WASHOE COUNTY ALTERNATE PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE is accepting applications for Deputy Alternate Public Defender positions in the criminal division of the office. The criminal deputy position will entail representation of clients at all levels from misdemeanors to felonies, and appearances in Justice and District Courts.

Annual Salary: $107,723.20 – $140,046.40
DEPUTY ALTERNATE PUBLIC DEFENDER II
Annual Salary: $119,808.00 – $167,731.20
DEPUTY ALTERNATE PUBLIC DEFENDER III
Annual Salary: $140,192.00 – $196.289
DEPUTY ALTERNATE PUBLIC DEFENDER IV
Annual Salary: $164,902.40 – $230,859.20
