Annual Salary: $48,276.80 – $62,774.40

Position Information: Under supervision, provides specialized support to the appraisal division including inspecting, verifying and gathering pertinent information on taxable real and/or personal property, reviewing and tracking of building permits while analyzing potential impact on taxable value, digital drafting and reconciliation of complex building floor plans, creating and maintaining basic GIS maps, coordination with various governmental agencies, creating and maintaining master files for sketches and permits, assisting appraisers in data collection and aerial review; and performs related duties as required.
