The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying those responsible for a commercial theft that occurred late evening on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at a business in Sparks.
At approximately 10:00 p.m. on July 8, 2025, deputies responded to a report of theft at The Wave Car Wash located at 8990 La Posada Drive. Surveillance footage shows a gold Toyota pickup truck entering the property and forcibly removing a commercial-grade vacuum unit from its base. The suspect vehicle then fled the scene with the stolen equipment.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating this incident.
