Aug. 6, 2026. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Construction near the Washoe County Administration Complex is impacting parking for those seeking Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) services, but access remains available Monday-Friday.

The Wells Avenue entrance to NNPH’s main building (1001 E. 9th St., Building B, in Reno) is closed through Aug. 27, 2026. Residents can park or be dropped off in the southern portion of the complex near Senior Services and the Board of County Commission Chambers, and go through the courtyard to access Building B (see map below).

Signs inside the complex are set up to help residents find their way.

In-person NNPH services at the County Complex include:

• Air Quality Management
• Birth and Death Records
• Clinics – Immunizations & Sexual Health
• Environmental Health Permits & Programs
• WIC
