NNPH hosted its first Inspection Bootcamp in February – Restaurant owners and managers reviewed the expectations for critical food safety risk factors that are most commonly observed on routine health inspections. This bootcamp connected restaurant staff with inspection staff, and also provided the opportunity to ask questions, grab helpful resources and handouts, and practice walking through a restaurant just like a health inspector.

Did you miss the Food Safety Bootcamp? No Worries! This quarterly program will be held next on:

Monday, April 28th at 9:00am – 10:30am
1001 E Ninth Street, Blg B, Reno
Conference Rooms A + B
