March 21, 2025. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – The Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) is providing notice of workshop being held to offer information on Dust Control Permit requirements in Washoe County.
The intent of the workshops is to meet with stakeholders and the community to provide proactive outreach, education, and compliance assistance on the District Board of Health Regulations Governing Air Quality Management PART 040.030 DUST CONTROL. This is not a notice of a new regulation or notice of a revision to the existing regulation. The purpose of this workshop is to assist the regulated community with how to comply with existing dust control regulations.
The workshop will be held on April 4, 2025, from noon-1 p.m., virtually via a Microsoft Teams Webinar. Interested parties will be able to attend virtually by registering for the webinar using the information below. Registration is required for attendance.
