NNPH Air Quality Issues Public Notice of Proposed Action for Chevron Extra Mile Sparks

Jan. 19, 2026. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) is notifying the public that a public participation process, as required by 030.200 SECTION E.3., has been initiated for a facility requiring a stationary source permit for Chevron Extra Mile Sparks.

Based on the preliminary review of the information submitted by the applicant and the requirements of the NRS, the DBOH Regulations and the Clean Air Act, the AQMD is hereby announcing their intent to issue the proposed Permit to Construct to the facility.
