Dec. 15, 2025. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) has posted a notice of proposed action regarding Caesars Entertainment, Inc., doing business as The Row, and its request for Permit to Operate.
