May 30, 2025. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) has posted a Notice of Proposed Action regarding the request for a Minor Source Air Quality Permit to Operate AAIR25-0001.

Based on the preliminary review of the information submitted by the applicant and the requirements of the Nevada Revised Statutes, District Board of Health Regulations and the Clean Air Act, the AQMD is hereby announcing its intent to issue the proposed PTO.
