Sept. 29, 2025. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) has posted a notice of proposed action regarding Oppidan’s request for Permit to Construct (PTC).

Based on the preliminary review of the information submitted by the applicant and the requirements of the NRS, the District Board of Health Regulations and the Clean Air Act, the AQMD is hereby announcing their intent to issue the proposed PTC.
