NNPH Air Quality Issues Public Notice of Proposed Action

March 24, 2025. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – The Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) has posted a notice of proposed action on a completed application to modify a Synthetic Minor Air Quality Permit to Operate (PTO) from Atlas Roofing Corporation.

People wishing to comment regarding this proposed action should submit their comments or request in writing, either in person, email or by mail, within thirty (30) days, or by April 23, 2025, to:

Based on the preliminary review of the information submitted by the applicant and the requirements of the NRS, the DBOH Regulations and the Clean Air Act, the AQMD is hereby announcing their intent to issue the proposed PTO.
