Six-pack of violations (and penalties)
Last month, the District Board of Health approved financial penalties associated with six different notices of violations.
With AQMD’s recommendation, the DBOH upheld:

- $500 penalty for three different operators who failed to comply with permit requirements
- $500 penalty for one operator who failed to obtain a dust permit
- $500 penalty for two different operators who failed to use vapor control system while unloading gasoline into underground storage tank
