Health District – Air Quality Management customer service counter is moving temporarily

Feb. 18, 2022. Reno/Sparks, NV – The Washoe County Health District – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) will be closing its main customer service counter on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, as part of a remodel at the 1001 E. 9th St., Building B Reno location.

During construction, customers can drop off applications for air quality permits or approvals at the 2nd floor of Building B – Environmental Health Services counter.

Customers seeking assistance or answers to their questions should refer to the air quality website, OurCleanAir.com, or call 775-784-7200. If you require additional assistance, please schedule an appointment with AQMD staff by calling the 775-784-7200.

The Washoe County Health District is nationally accredited by the Public Health Accreditation Board and has jurisdiction over all public health matters in Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County through the policy-making Washoe County District Board of Health.
