A Reno man facing charges of Sexual Assault Against a Child Under 16 and Lewdness with a Child Under 14, has removed his ankle monitor and fled the area. Joseph Daniel Matson (dob 3/7/83) was last seen in the area of Salman Way, Reno, around noon on July 31st, 2026.
