On August 21, 2026, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a deceased individual located off the dirt extension of Chimney Road.
Washoe County Sheriff’s Office detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the death. There is no threat to the public at this time.
