July 31, 2026. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) is notifying the public that a public participation process, as required by DBOH Regulations 030.100 SECTION G., has been initiated for the implementation of the General Permit program and the issuance of the General Permit for the Fuel Burning Equipment source class.

Based on the preliminary review of the requirements of the NRS, the DBOH Regulations and the Clean Air Act, the AQMD is hereby announcing their intent to issue the proposed General Permit.
