May 11, 2026. Reno/Sparks, Nev. – Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) is notifying the public that a public participation process, as required by DBOH Regulations 030.200 SECTION E.3. has been initiated for SFPP, L.P. requiring a stationary source permit.

Based on the preliminary review of the information submitted by the applicant and the requirements of the NRS, the DBOH Regulations and the Clean Air Act, the AQMD is hereby announcing their intent to issue the proposed Operating Permit to the facility.
