NNPH to host webinar on requirements and compliance for gasoline dispensing facilities

Jan. 15, 2026. Reno/Sparks, Nev. –Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) – Air Quality Management Division (AQMD) is hosting a presentation on requirements and the compliance evaluation process for gasoline dispensing facilities located in Washoe County.

The presentation will be held Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Microsoft teams (find the link to register here).

The purpose is to meet with stakeholders and the community to provide proactive outreach, education, and compliance assistance on AQMD’s enforcement of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Category: Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (40 CFR Part 63 Subpart CCCCCC) and the District Board of Health Regulations Governing Air Quality Management PART 040.080 – Gasoline Transfer and Dispensing Facilities.

This is not a notice of a new regulation or a revision to an existing regulation, but rather an opportunity for the regulated community to receive clarification on how to comply with existing Gasoline Transfer and Dispensing regulations.
