The annual Dozers & Dirt fundraiser to support the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation (NNCCF) is set for this Saturday, September 24, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The event, brought to the community by the former committee of the Reno Big Dig, has been a staple in our community for 20+ years and has raised more than $1 million for the fight against pediatric cancer. A partnership with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, Dozers & Dirt will feature equipment from the Sheriff’s Office and meet and greets with deputies. Tickets are available at www.nvchildrenscancer.org/dozersanddirt/.

“We are honored to help the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation raise awareness and funds for children in the fight of their lives,” Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam said. “The Sheriff’s Office is looking forward to a fun day on Saturday.”
